Martiney is an Admitted Attorney, Notary, and Conveyancer. She completed her BCom Law and LLB degrees at the University of the Free State, followed by a Diploma in Financial Planning.

Martiney leverages her combined legal and financial expertise to assist clients with a wide range of fiduciary matters, including the Drafting of Wills, the Administration of Deceased Estates, and other Estate Planning services. Her goal is to ensure that all clients receive thorough and personalised advice, reflecting her commitment to delivering the highest standard of care.

With a deep belief in continuous professional growth, Martiney actively seeks opportunities to enhance her knowledge and acquire new skills to better serve her clients.

Martiney enjoys reading, baking, and cherishing time with her family and loved ones. She also wishes to broaden her world by travelling and experiencing different places and cultures all over the world.
